This is basically our own, private IRC.  '/help' (typed at the input line, minus quotes) will give you usage.  More information is available in Help.

Rules for the General channel:

1. Keep it clean.  This means that vulgar language, adult topics, and basically anything not rated PG is not welcome in General.
2. Be polite.  Rude, abusive, and otherwise antisocial behavior is not welcome in the General channel.
3. Speak English.  It is perfectly acceptable to seek others who speak the same language, but please keep non-English conversations out of General.

Individuals who violate these rules may find themselves ejected from General.  Repeat offenders may be banned.

All other channels are likely to have their own rules and expectations and it is best to ask first.
