In Super:Natural, players are invited to take on a roleRoles define how a user may utilize this website.  Roles are best defined as a set of permissions that allow groups of users specific liberties from creating content to administering site configuration (even up to creating new roles and users!).  A user may belong to more than one role at a time.  Generally speaking, a user's liberties reflect his or her "highest" role. in a world unlike their own.  The individuals that shape these societies are sometimes mighty champions, Superheroes, and at others are more of the every day sort:  Naturals.

The journey from average to amazing may be the result of magic on some worlds or superscience on others.  This is a game about the interaction of opposing forces and viewpoints--not only between Good and Evil, Order and Chaos, but also the Natural and the Supernatural.

The character creation rules allow for everything from an Average Joe with a wide circle of friends to an incarnate god.  The choice, as in all things, is your own.
